Features

Solid 304 stainless steel body

Flow switch automatically turns LED on and of.

UV life reminder: The light Indicator will turn red after 8,000 working hours. It indicates the UV is due to be changed .

Lifespan: 8,000 Hours of Continuous Operation

Mercury-free, chemical-free UV treatment.

Instant on/off UV disinfection with no warm-up time.

Unlimited lamp cycling and compact UV disinfection technology.

For optimal performance, it is highly recommended to use a sediment filter (5 microns or finer) before the UVC steriliser. This helps to prevent sediment particles from obstructing UV light penetration.

UV LED Steriliser is effective on water that meets the following parameters:
Total water hardness <120 mg/L - Iron <0.3 mg/L - Turbidity <1NTU.

Information

50 LPM Industrial LED UVC Water Steriliser

Designed for high-flow commercial and industrial water treatment applications, this 50 LPM LED UVC Water Steriliser provides powerful, chemical-free water disinfection in a compact and durable system.

Using advanced LED UVC technology, the system provides instant disinfection when required without the warm-up time of conventional UV lamps. It is ideal for commercial buildings, factories, farms, food and beverage facilities, restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, rainwater systems, commercial RO systems and other high-demand applications.

High-Flow Commercial & Industrial Protection

With a flow capacity of up to 50 litres per minute, this system is designed for applications requiring reliable disinfection without significantly restricting water flow.

It can be integrated into new or existing filtration and water treatment systems as a final disinfection stage, making it suitable for point-of-entry, process water, rainwater, RO and purified water applications.

Advanced LED UVC Technology

Unlike conventional UV systems, LED UVC technology provides instant ON/OFF operation with no warm-up time.

When water flows, the system automatically activates the UVC LEDs to begin disinfection. When water flow stops, the system returns to standby, reducing unnecessary power consumption and extending operating life.

The system provides up to 1.17 W (1,170 mW) of UVC LED output with a total power consumption of only 48 W.

Compact & Durable Industrial Design

Despite its high 50 LPM flow capacity, the compact inline design allows the system to be installed where space is limited.

Its robust construction makes it suitable for indoor commercial and industrial water treatment installations and easy integration with filtration, RO and other treatment equipment.

Ideal Applications

  • Commercial and industrial water treatment

  • Factories and manufacturing facilities

  • Food and beverage processing

  • Farms and agricultural applications

  • Restaurants, cafés and hospitality

  • Schools and educational facilities

  • Hospitals and clinics

  • Pharmaceutical and laboratory water systems

  • Dialysis water treatment systems

  • Commercial RO systems

  • Rainwater and tank water treatment

  • Whole-building and point-of-entry systems

  • Process and purified water systems

  • For pharmaceutical, dialysis, healthcare and other critical applications, the unit should be incorporated into an appropriately designed and validated water treatment system.

Chemical-Free Water Disinfection

UVC technology works by inactivating microorganisms without introducing disinfecting chemicals into the water.

There are no chemical residuals, and the treatment does not alter the taste or odour of the water, making LED UVC an excellent final disinfection stage for appropriately pre-treated water.

FAQ

Does it reduce water flow?

The system is designed for flow rates up to 50 L/min when installed under the specified operating conditions. Actual flow will depend on system pressure, plumbing and other treatment equipment.

How long do the UVC LEDs last?

The UVC LEDs have an operating life of up to 8,000 hours. Because the system operates on demand when water flows, actual service life will depend on usage.

Does it use a traditional UV lamp?

No. It uses LED UVC technology rather than a conventional mercury UV lamp.

Does it operate continuously?

The system is flow activated. The UVC LEDs automatically operate when water is flowing and return to standby when flow stops.

Does it require pre-filtration?

For effective UVC disinfection, the incoming water should be appropriately pre-treated. Sediment, turbidity and other contaminants can reduce UVC transmission and disinfection performance.
