1. Shipping Coverage

We ship products to customers located within Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Chipping Norton, NSW.

Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia and New Zealand.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Australia (Metro & Regional):
    We offer FREE standard shipping on most products.

  • Remote Areas:
    Additional delivery charges may apply to remote, island, or non-standard service areas such as:

    • Norfolk Island (2899)

    • Christmas Island (6798)

    • King Island (7256)

    If a surcharge applies, we will contact you prior to dispatch for approval.

  • New Zealand:
    A flat shipping fee applies to all orders delivered to New Zealand. Please contact our team if you require a quote in advance.


3. Handling & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or for large/oversized items.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

NSW, VIC, QLD 3 – 7 business days
SA, WA, TAS, NT 5 – 10 business days
Remote Areas 7 – 14 business days
New Zealand 7 – 15 business days

These timeframes are indicative only. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, public holidays, or peak periods.


5. Delivery Method & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via trusted Australian courier services.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • A signature may be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, a calling card may be left for collection or redelivery.


6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. For bulky goods, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

  • Business/Commercial Deliveries: A commercial address may be required for the delivery of certain industrial items.

  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or failure to collect, redelivery or return-to-sender fees may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

All parcels are insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Retain all packaging and take clear photos of any damage.

  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
