1. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for change-of-mind returns on all products purchased online.
Eligibility:
To qualify, the following conditions apply:

Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product.

In original, unused condition

Not installed or assembled

Returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included

Return Window: Products must be received by us within 10 business days from the date of your return request approval.

Return Costs: Return postage is your responsibility. Goods remain your responsibility during return transit. We are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer or another agreed method once the item is inspected and approved.
Deductions:

Original delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any PayPal or card payment processing fees incurred by us will also be deducted.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We comply with all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles customers to a remedy if goods:

a. Goods Damaged in Transit:
Goods are insured during transit. You must inspect items immediately on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damage. Clear photos of the damaged packaging or goods may be requested.
b. Faulty or Defective Goods:
If your item has a manufacturing fault:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence (e.g. images, description).

We will inspect the goods and, where verified, provide a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
c. Incorrect Goods or Quantity:
If the incorrect item or quantity is delivered:

Notify us within 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange the return and replacement at our expense. You will not incur any return shipping costs in these cases.
This policy does not apply to damage or faults caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.
3. Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise specified).

4. Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed:

By bank transfer to a nominated account, or

Via store credit (if agreed)
Refunds are issued as soon as reasonably practicable following the approval and inspection of returned goods.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under ACL, you are entitled to:
